Mary Baca brings decades of residential sales, listing, brokerage leadership and management experience to Team Wolfe Pack at LIFE Realty District. She helps clients navigate buying and selling while supporting the team’s operations, mentoring agents and coordinating the details that move transactions forward.
Her professional history includes serving as owner and broker of Desert Lights Realty from 2010 to 2019, following leadership roles at Century 21 MoneyWorld as general manager and corporate broker from 2007 to 2010 and branch manager from 2004 to 2007. Her residential listing career includes her work at Century 21 from 1999 to 2004; earlier, she served as chief operating officer of Bainbridge Capital from 1996 to 1999.
Mary’s experience with REO, short sales, foreclosure alternatives and distressed properties includes asset management, property evaluation, inspections, marketing, negotiations and closings. She has developed and led teams handling these responsibilities. A member of REOBROKER since 2008 and a Certified Foreclosure Alternatives Consultant (CFAC), Mary received Top 25 Women in Real Estate recognition from 2014 through 2017 and Top 25 Women in Real Estate Hall of Fame recognition in 2018.
